Council Meetings
The LEDAC Law stipulates that the Council shall meet at least once every quarter but it may be convened by the President to special meetings as may be necessary. During the incumbency of then President Fidel V. Ramos, the LEDAC met as frequently as weekly. The current LEDAC Council, in its latest meeting held last August 6, 2002, agreed to meet monthly on the first Tuesday.
The Common Legislative Agenda
The Common Legislative Agenda (CLA) is a list of the priority legislative measures which the Council has agreed to pursue for the current year. The latest status of the CLA is almost always the first agenda item in every Council meeting.
